Reservation and Cancellation Policy
DEPOSIT: |
50% of total accommodation is due at time of booking to hold reservation. |
PAYMENT: |
Full balance of total cost is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations requested less than 30 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at time of booking. |
CANCELLATION: |
A fee of $53.50 will be assessed on any cancellation. LESS THAN 30 DAYS NOTICE — NO REFUND. |
DAMAGE WAIVER: |
One individual in the group must sign a damage waiver complete with their Visa or MasterCard number. |
Each condominium has a maximum number of people allowed to stay in the unit. Any extra people found over the maximum limit will be subject to a $50.00 per person per night charge.
